Google Docs is a web-based application that is offered by Google that is completely free. Google Docs can be used for creating and editing presentations, documents, spread sheets, pictures as well as forms. It allows real time collaboration so that multiple users area able to work either simultaneously or individually on a project.
Google Docs automatically saves information online. The online storage permits files to be saved up to 1 GB in total but allows the users to also save their documents onto their personal computers.
